By using this website or the platform you agree to these terms. Where your organisation has signed a separate programme agreement with PegaTrade Finance, that agreement takes precedence.
Use of the platform
Access is granted to named users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
Early payment programmes
Early payment is offered subject to buyer approval and to the terms of the relevant programme. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, and indicative figures shown in tools such as the savings estimator are illustrative only.
Intellectual property
The website, platform, branding and content are owned by PegaTrade Finance or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability limits and service commitments are set out in the applicable programme agreement. Final wording to be confirmed.
