Who we are
PegaTrade Finance operates an early payment platform used by corporate buyers and their suppliers. Registered company details, registered office address and data protection contact to be confirmed.
Data we collect
Account data such as name, work email address, job title and the organisation you act for.
Programme data such as invoice references, amounts, due dates, settlement dates and discount values supplied by a buyer's finance system.
Technical data such as sign-in times, IP address and device information recorded for security and audit purposes.
Why we use it
To operate early payment programmes, to authenticate users, to keep an audit record of actions taken on the platform, to send service notifications, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share data with the buyer or supplier organisation you belong to, and with service providers who host the platform, deliver email and process payments. A full list of processors is to be confirmed.
Retention
Programme and audit records are retained for the period required by the relevant buyer agreement and applicable law. Specific retention periods are to be confirmed.
Your rights
